2. Submit your application:Once you determine your eligibility, you can submit your application for permanent residency under the FSW program. After the registration in the system, your profile is actual for one year. Being in the Express Entry pool, the system restarts scoring based on certain criteria: human capital factors, spouse or common-law partner factors, skill transferability factors and some additional points.
3. Wait for a decision:After you submit your application, you will need to wait for a decision from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This process can take several months. During the waiting time, the candidate has the option of adding any information to download which can increase his chance. The selection of candidates is determined by the ministry based on scores, and approximately once or twice a month sends out invitations to candidates who have the best scores according to the CRS system. If the applicant is chosen and approves the invitation to apply received from the IRCC, he must submit a complete application within 60 days.
