The Expression of Interest (EOI) application period is now open for employers wishing to apply for the Yukon Nominee Program (YNP) in 2025.
The Expression of Interest application period began at 9:00 a.m. on March 31. Employers must submit their online form by 4:30 p.m. local time on April 22, 2025.
To be included in the Expression of Interest draw, employers must provide the required information about the foreign worker they wish to nominate. From this draw, the department will then invite selected employers to submit a full application for the Yukon Nominee Program, depending on whether their candidate falls into one or more of the following categories:
- Foreign nationals who have lived and worked in Yukon for at least one year;
- Graduates of the University of Yukon;
- Francophones;
- Recipients of temporary measures support letters;
